Question One

Write three to five statements that reflect your thoughts on the following paragraph.

Generation X has an interesting position in the workplace. About 48 million strong, they are a much smaller group than the Baby Boomers (about 76 million), and nowhere near as large as the 80 million that make up the Millennials. Since the latter two groups are going to be drawn from heavily to fill the gaps left behind by retiring Boomers, workplaces will be managed, from an age dynamic at least, by the small group of Generation X. What do you suppose the Silent Generation would have to say about all of this?

Using the information above, and your own knowledge of the generations, put the following list in order of the first year that children were born in that generation:
