In this session, we will explore the four stages of report writing:
- Investigating: Gathering relevant information and data.
- Planning: Organizing your findings and outlining the structure of the report.
- Writing: Drafting the report based on your plan.
- Revising: Reviewing and refining the content for clarity and accuracy.
Additionally, we will discuss the four C’s that should be integrated into each stage to enhance the quality of your report.
In each of the stages, every effort should be made to ensure that the report follows the rules of good writing and is clear, concise, complete, and correct.
