THE 4 C’S: CLEAR, CONCISE, COMPLETE, AND CORRECT
In this course, participants will review and enhance their writing skills by focusing on the 4 C’s: clarity, conciseness, completeness, and correctness, including how to convey clear messages, avoid unnecessary details, ensure all essential information is included, and correct common writing errors.

MANNERS AND COURTESY
In this session, we will explore how to apply this principle in business writing, focusing on techniques to ensure your communication is courteous and professional.

WRITING MEMOS
In this session, we learn how to write a memo.

WRITING EFFECTIVE EMAILS
In this session, we learn about the basics of writing emails that are compelling and how to manage them.

REPORTS AND PROPOSALS
In this session, we look at reports and proposals. Reports and proposals are two important types of business writing, but because they are longer and more involved pieces, we will only touch briefly on them here.

WRITING BUSINESS LETTERS
In this session, we'll explore the components of a business letter and discuss various types of business correspondence.

READABILITY INDEX
In this session, we'll explore the use of readability indexes to assess the clarity and accessibility of our writing.

PROOFREADING
In this session, we learn how to improve what we have written.

REVIEWING YOUR WRITING
In this session, we complete a final review.
